Recruiter and People Coordinator
Location: Boulder/Denver Metro
The recruiter and people coordinator role is focused on recruiting, hiring, and retaining A-players with high urgency. PickNik is hiring across a number of different roles and specialties including engineering, sales, and customer success. To be successful in this role you’ll need to come up to speed on the basics of robotics, communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and candidates, schedule interviews, conduct screening interviews, and drive recruiting.
Additional responsibilities for this role will include tracking candidates, overseeing internal processes like performance reviews, and helping with other people-focused tasks within the company.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related coordination role.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in software or robotics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple candidates and processes at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS), calendar scheduling tools, and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal team members.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or other candidate databases.
Some preferred skills/experience
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Event or onboarding coordination experience.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment where processes are still evolving.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workable, or other recruiting software
- Experience using AIs and LLMs to review resumes and support the recruiting process
